New boulangerie arriving at 12 Turl Street, Oxford

CTPL secured planning permission, listed building consent and advertisement consent in November and December 2024 on behalf of Lincoln College for internal and external works along with a new awning and signage at 12 Turl Street, Oxford. The late 16th/early 17th century retail premises have been vacant since December 2019 but are to be occupied by a new boulangerie early in 2025. This will be a high quality addition to this attractive and specialist retail location - directly opposite Lincoln College - and ensure the use, preservation and continued contribution of this fine Grade II listed building to its historic surroundings.
