Solar array constructed in North Aston, North Oxfordshire

CTPL secured planning permission in February 2024 on behalf of North Aston Farms for the installation of a 108.78kWp ground mounted solar array to power a district heating system on the estate and homes in the village of North Aston. CTPL produced the Planning, Design/Access and Heritage Statement for the scheme, which is situated within the Conservation Area and alongside a listed wall. After discharging conditions the solar array was installed and completed in September 2024. It helps towards meeting carbon reduction and climate change targets whilst providing a more reliable and cost-effective heating system for users.
