Listed building consent at Turl Street, Oxford

Listed building consent was secured by CTPL on behalf of Lincoln College in August 2024 for internal and external alterations to the Rector’s Lodging, a fine Grade II listed building on Turl Street in the the heart of Oxford’s Central (University and City) Conservation Area. The works involved interventions, renovations and enhancements to this early 20th century building to elevate the Lodging into a distinguished residence befitting the newly elected Rector and their family. After CTPL discharged pre-commencement conditions, works started in October 2024 and were completed in late May 2025. The results speak for themselves.
