Listed building consent at Turl Street, Oxford

Listed building consent was secured by CTPL on behalf of Lincoln College in August 2024 for internal and external alterations to the Rector’s Lodging, a fine Grade II listed building on Turl Street in the the heart of Oxford’s Central (University and City) Conservation Area. The works involve interventions, renovations and enhancements to this early 20th century building to elevate the Lodging into a distinguished residence befitting the next elected Rector and their family. CTPL is now discharging pre-commencement conditions before the works start in October 2024.
