Extensions in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire

Planning permission was secured by CTPL in May 2023 for extensions to this detached dwelling, which is situated in a large plot in the village of Hook Norton, Oxfordshire. The clients needed more space to host visits from their family and have built a full-width, rear single-storey extension, a new front porch, a side connecting porch and have converted part of their double garage into a utility room. The works were completed in July 2024 in association with a garden re-design that enhances the property and meets the clients’ aspirations for a high quality development.
