Residential Allocation at Hardingstone, Northampton

Following the adoption of the Northampton Local Plan Part 2 (2011-2029) in March 2023, CTPL has secured the allocation of 2.17 hectares of land for residential development on behalf of the Bastion Group. After giving evidence at the Local Plan examination in November 2021, obtaining positive pre-application advice and dealing with the Inspectors’ questions, the land at The Farm, The Green has been allocated for about 55 no. dwellings. Whilst much preliminary work has been undertaken master planning will now be progressed with a view to submitting an application later in 2023.
